- What do I need to bring to a closing?
- A valid government-issued photo ID for every person on title, and certified or wired funds for any amount due. We send a final figure ahead of time so there are no surprises at the table.
- Can you close if I am out of town?
- Yes. We can arrange a mail-away package, a mobile notary, or remote online notarization depending on the lender and the file. Let us know early and we will set it up.
